By engaging the alcohol counseling and guidance services of Alcohol Counseling And Guidance Services, LLC, clients agree to the following terms designed to support a respectful, transparent, and professional counseling relationship.

Services and Scheduling

Alcohol Counseling And Guidance Services, LLC provides individual counseling, family guidance, relapse prevention support, and related services as described at the time of enrollment. Session availability, format (in-person or telehealth where offered), and frequency are agreed upon during intake. Outcomes depend on many factors—including client participation—and are not guaranteed.

Fees and Payment

Session fees and payment schedules are provided before services begin and must be paid according to the agreement you accept with Alcohol Counseling And Guidance Services, LLC. Missed appointments without adequate notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee as disclosed in your client agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients of Alcohol Counseling And Guidance Services, LLC agree to provide accurate intake information, attend scheduled sessions or provide timely notice of cancellation, and participate honestly in the counseling process. Delays in completing required forms or failure to attend agreed sessions may affect the pace and scope of services provided.

Our services are counseling and guidance—not emergency medical care. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Crisis resources are available 24/7 through national helplines.
